  - I have led teams in high-risk industries.

  - Built programs and divisions inside multi-million-dollar organizations.

  - Advised executives across cultures and continents.

  - And I have also lived through personal fracture.

  - I have made mistakes in marriage.

  - I have made mistakes with my children.

  - I have over-led at times and under-listened at others.

  - I have experienced the cost of ego, misalignment, and emotional blindness.

  - I have wrestled with identity, inadequacy, and overcompensation.

     Not abstractly.

     Personally.

Why That Matters

Many advisors teach what they’ve studied.

I guide from what I have confronted.

I know what it is to:

• Succeed publicly and struggle privately
• Lead confidently and react defensively
• Justify behavior instead of examine it
• Overachieve to compensate for insecurity

And I know what it is to come back into alignment.

Not through shame.

Not through performance.

But through understanding the internal system that drives all behavior.

Remembering my identity and trusting that remembering.

Understanding that I create my experience.

The same system I now help my clients see clearly.
