My work centers on a simple truth:

Using the understanding of the Three Principles - Mind, Thought, and Consciousness - I help clients see how their experience is created and rediscover the clarity, wisdom, and resilience already within them.

My grounding
More than anything else, I’m a husband, a dad, a granddad, a friend, and a follower of Christ. Those roles keep me grounded and remind me daily of what truly matters. I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that aligns with who I am and what I care about most.
