Is this coaching or therapy?

This is professional coaching grounded in clarity and insight. While the work can feel deeply personal, it’s focused on leadership, relationships, and how you experience your life—not on diagnosis or treatment.

Do you offer programs or structured frameworks?

No. I’ve found that real change doesn’t come from applying techniques, but from seeing things differently. Our work unfolds through conversation and insight, tailored to you.

Why do you only offer year-long partnerships?

Because meaningful change takes time and trust. A year allows space for insight to settle and for new ways of relating to emerge naturally.

Why is payment required in full?

Paying in full allows money to be settled upfront so it doesn’t sit in the relationship once we begin. This creates the conditions for deeper, more honest work.

What if I’m not sure this will work for me?

That’s exactly why we begin with a conversation. Fit matters more than certainty. If it doesn’t feel right, we won’t proceed.

How many clients do you work with at one time?

Very few. This allows me to be fully present and available to each partnership.
