1:1 Coaching Investment

The work I offer is not transactional.

It is relational, private, and designed to create lasting change at the level where leadership, relationships, and clarity actually emerge.

For that reason, all private coaching is offered as a year-long partnership, entered into with a single payment made in full at the outset.

This structure is intentional.

When the financial decision is complete, money no longer sits between us. there is nothing to track, measure, or evaluate along the way - only the freedom to think clearly and do the work that matters.

This is not a program, a curriculum, or a series of techniques.

• Up to weekly conversations as needed
   
• Immediate access during critical moments
   
• Observational and situational coaching when appropriate
   
• Extremely limited availability
   

This work requires a clear commitment—from both of us.

Offering partnerships on a payment-in-full basis allows us to remove money from the relationship entirely once we begin. In my experience, this creates the conditions for the deepest and most meaningful work.

There is no ongoing negotiation of value.
There is no accounting of hours.
