THE HUDDLE

All of our coaching together is aimed at YOU gaining insight, and in learning who we all really are, and how we really work.  We explore, we observe, we wonder, and we provoke understanding as to how we experience life - but, we do not compromise!  

As a trusted coach, consultant, or advisor when you need support on an issue, problem or immediate concern and need to take action, we meet (in person if possible, virtually when needed)!  We explore the (professional or personal) how you are experiencing the circumstances, challenges, people, and/or habits that re-occur or otherwise seem to be in your way.      

The professional/business side can range from dealing with your Board of Directors, your Executive Team, Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, internal and external Communications.  We dialogue in those areas where our confidentiality allows for transformative action.  Perhaps as important, you 

vocally unburden yourself to find that in so-doing a new and fresh insight is birthed!  

The personal side can require a more in-depth approach, but can be approached in the short term.  This is where awareness is tantamount to powerful growth in those areas where you have not moved beyond (for whatever reasons) the struggle.  Again, confidentiality and trust form the basis for our work together.  

We are exploratory partners, we can dig, peel back, query, and gain new insights.  Explore, identify options, choose a path, observe, make course corrections. 

My goal is to help you do the things that you do not trust yourself to do to get where you want to be – the true value of an accountability partnership!
